I may not have chosen the best name for this forum. This is the first season I have grown Bhut Jolokia peppers and I can't wait (or maybe I can) to try them. When I bought the seeds, I got one dried Bhut and had to try a bit of it straight. Holy cow!!!!!!!
My son is a chef at a restaurant and he used up the rest of it in some recipes.
I have a couple of dozen green Bhuts on right now, and they are still blooming like crazy. I hope my Habaneros catch up.
