Hi, another new guy.

Hi everyone I am in San Antonio,TX. I have always loved spicy foods. If I don't add spice(heat) to a meal, there is something wrong.

I have been experimenting on coworkers with my jerky. I make mine with black pepper, cayenne, jalapeno and serrano, dried habanero, smoked habanero, smoked ghost chili, and trinidad scorpion powders. I also make a teryaki and an A-1 based marinade usually sprinkled with the hot stuff. I am looking to grow my operation from a hobby to possibly a real business.

Welcome aboard! I am a TX native that has been transplanted by the Navy to California for now...Can't wait to get back!

Good luck with your business! There are a few jerky producers on this site.
