Hi people,

The Iron Tongue here!

I came across this site today and am glad to be in the presence of so many chili heads ;)

I'm not a stranger to chili sauces/recepies/food etc. My relationship with the chili goes back a long long way (pre-teens). However only just got into the extract sauce/additive world :shocked:

Look out for my post in the relevent section looking for recomendations. I'd appreciate your advice/opinions
