Hi, my name is Sakura (japanese name since my mother is japanese but I'm born here in Sweden) and I recently quite my job to grow chillies and making hot sauces. In Sweden we don't have a lot of hot sauces, although recently it is getting more popular.
I'm very excited to have found this forum with lots of other folks that also loves to grow chillies.
 
I'm mostly growing jalapenos, new mexican varieties, carribbean reds, chocolate habs, 7 pot yellow, moruga scorpions and bonda ma Jaques. I also have some Aji cristal and lemon drops. I grow them organically and next year I'll try to graft my chillies to avoid nematodes.. I mostly make my chillisauce with one variety very hot chilli blended with different kinds of fruit.
