I am glad to become a member of your forum, to be honest I entered here only because I made a bet with my college that I will be able to eat a really hot chinesse dish in a month and as a newbie in this I decided to find here some useful tips how to get used to eating hot peppers in a short time

Not long time ago someone was talking about getting high tolerance here...

What I can say is there is something called Buldak and it has different spice levels. It's a ramen. It is VERY good at this. But also, you will probably have to eat something like the last one of those for that bet anyway, so... xd
