I've seen it before, if I remember right, it's some Eastern European car, but I'm not sure, it's been a while!

I would totally forget that I locked the car up like that and try to drive away...

I saw a mate of mine put a wheel lock on his motorcycle and went for lunch. When we got back we both forgot he had put the lock on and he got on his bike and went to take off. The front wheel did almost a full revolution before the lock hit the front forks and stopped the bike instantly and my mate came flying off...

We are much more careful when installing them now.....We set them up so the wheel can not rotate at ALL....hehe....
