Nope they are Chinese. I grew up eating those for 70 cents a piece when I was broke in Chinatown lol. If they cost more that $1.35 now I would say they are pushing it.

It's a pan Asian store so not sure what culture inspired it. I can't remember how much they were. I was kind of just wandering enjoying the place, but it wasn't all that cheap, live king was going for 49.99$ a lb. I didn't notice what the goeduck and eel were going for.

Thats a pretty good market if they got Hot Bird ramen. Ive looked for it at all of mine. None of them have it. I can get the sausage buns at a couple of them. One is just a Chinese bakery and the other has a small bakery at the entrance to a market.
