Hot Sauce as Xmas Gifts

It's my first year making hot sauce, and I've decided to give them as presents. I sourced 50 8oz glass sauce online online pretty cheap.

This is my red hot sauce: red long chillies, garlic, ginger, cardamom, and salt. Fermented in brine for 5 weeks. Mixed with cider vinegar, lemon, and red bell pepper.

I'm also making a hot scotch mango bonnet sauce (pics to follow).

Hi, thank you. No I've not but I liked the idea as a sort of play on The East India Company.

It has a legal definition so you really mustn't use it then.  I like the idea but you don't need to say Ltd to get that across.  And like I say, I absolutely love the look of the parcels and contents.

Nothing says I Love You like homemade food.  I sent my mango hot sauce to everyone I thought could handle the heat.
Plus homemade:  jam, pickled banana peppers, beef jerky.

Hey, Saiias!  :)

Hi Mitch... How are you doing? I can take the heat you know... J/k

BTW I thought of hitting you up for your mango hot sauce to send it to our boss man. I am his secret satan this year. But the snow storm spoiled my plans. So sent him what ever I could get my hands on.
