I'm in Sacramento, Ca. Are there any heat festivals that I can attend coming up. I drive a POS so it would need to be fairly local. maybe 200 miles or so.

What Nate Said!  Come on up to Washington!  Although, ours isn't a festival, it's a chilehead campout...aka... a reason to get together, talk about all things peppery, eat, drink, have some fun......
