hot-sauce Hot Sauce with heat AND a great taste?

Okay so it seems a fair few of the very hot sauces get commented on for not tasting so good....possibly the extract?

My question is this, which very hot sauces actually have a pleasant taste to match the heat? I got a bottle of Da Bomb on Saturday and while I love the heat a couple of drops brings to food, it's not something I would dip chips into because the taste just isn't good enough.

What are your recommendations?

How about Bhut Camp's "Count Douglah" the best steak sauce ever!!

I have to say that Bhut Camp's "Count Douglah" hot sauce knocked me for a loop, but once I regained my composure I couldn't leave it alone.

I don't usually suggest Blairs products because most of them are extract BUT his Pure Death non extract sauce is pretty good. Not that hot but nice flavour.

I'm not a fan of extract sauces either. I've enjoyed Defcon's, Justaguy's, HBD's, SalsaLady's sauces - all have great heat and flavor - excellent sauces.

I am most likely a dollar short and a day late on contributing to this post, but yeah I am new..plus this seems like a good topic to keep alive. I recommend Unique Destiny: Jolokia Sauce from Dragon's Blood Elixir, stuff is tasty with a big kick on the front end but it still can be used as dip for a chips or also popcorn.
