Hot tip for blood

Little article at the bottom of page 36 in the Perth WA Sunday times reads...
Hot tip for blood
For those with high blood pressure, chilli peppers might be just what the doctor ordered. according to a study. The active ingredient that gives peppers their heat--- a compond known as capsaicin--- also causes blood vessels to relax. "We found that long term dietary consumption of capsaicin, one of the most abundant components in chilli peppers, could reduce blood pressure," researcher Zhiming Zhu said.

Thats all that there was "but thats just another good excuse to put chilli in everything" said Sandgroper as he sliced habanero onto his morning Weetbix.

Good for your heart as well as your mood! NIIIIIIIICE! ;) Relax your blood vessels and get an endorphine rush...ahh the joys of hot peppers
