In the last 3 months I've made some drastic lifestyle changes. I had gone to the witch doctor and my blood pressure was high and he wanted to put me on lisinopril. Screw that! Why take drugs and spend money when all I have to do is change my diet, drinking habits and exercise. Well yall, I cut out all the fat and wasted carbs. I began eating a diet of about 99% fruits and vegetables, quit drinking beer like a sailor on payday, started riding first the exercise bike and now my regular bike. Now my BP averages about 120/80. Down to 165 from a high of 195. I can have a glass or two each day of red wine (for the resveratrol benefits). I still eat fish now and then and even had a couple bites of mrs. blues steak last night but I don't miss the meat except for the odd cheese burger craving on occasion. Okay maybe I miss baby backs too but now I'm at a point I can have them if I want. I don't miss the beer either. A little snort of tequila never hurt nuthin'. Everything in moderation as they say. Someone mentioned I should post the pics or to quote myself...IT NEVER HAPPENED! That is absolutely dadgum correct. So...I'm puttin' up...

I have to say the other day I was stopped on the street by the cops because.............
I WAS CARRYING THESE GUNS!!!!
