How do you put these caps on the proper way?

This might turn out stupid question, but I don't know anymore whether these plastic caps are absolute garbage, or I'm just retarded. Until now I've always used metal caps without the pourer inside, this year I wanted to try plastic caps with a pourer. Where I bought the caps, I was told that you should rinse it under hot water and then firmly press the cap on top of the hot bottle, then screw it tightly...
 
Now, when I do it... I press the cap on the bottle, give it a turn or two to tighten the cap... then the cap stays on the bottle for 2 seconds, then you can hear a slight pop as if the "thread inside the loosened" and you have to give it another 1-2 turns. Cap then stays in position, but it is slightly angled. It doesn't sit completely level with bottle. 
 
Like I said, I feel like a moron. Any help around?  :rolleyes:

Are you sure they are suitable for the bottle you are screwing them onto. It is quite possible that the threads are mismatched.
 
Also, those caps look like they're more suited to plastic soda bottles.

Well, the local shop I bought them in specialises in glass jars/bottles/packaging and they sell the bottles with either Plastic caps with this "dropper" inside the cap, or aluminum cap with or without the dropper. It seems that cap in general fits on bottle just fine and threads also align. It just seems as if the cap or bottle's neck is not "manufactured" completely level.

Well, where I bought them they gave me an option of aluminum/plastic caps which should both fit just fine on the bottles. (supposedly)

I doubt it since droppers come pre-installed in the caps when you buy them. But will definitely try to put one cap on the bottle without the dropper to see if the cap still gets pushed! Thanks for suggestion!

Found out that by no means should you put these in hot water to sterilize them. Apparently hot water softens the white pourer that comes preinstalled in the cap and it doesn't stay in the bottle but it stucks in the cap once you open the bottle when it cools.
 
Tried hotfilling few bottles and then putting COLD cap on it, and it works like a charm. After opening, pourer stayed in the bottles neck and didn't move. Now my question is, if I can't sterilize caps with hot water, what can I use to do so?

If you are hot packing, just turn your bottle upside down for ~30 minutes. You will be okay. I use the cardboard box that the Woozy bottles come in. The sectional spots work great for keeping the bottles upside down and in place.
