How does everyone post pictures

First let me apologize for the redundancy of this topic. I know it's been done but, heaven help me, I couldn't find the post. :rolleyes:

I created a photobucket account and was able to succesfully post a picture but I noticed it doesn't have the resized border that so many of you have. I just used the "direct link" from Photobucket in my post. Is there a better way?
