How I used AJ's Trinidad Scorpions

I posted this last night in the drunken chef. Sober now and realized it belongs here.

After looking at the Nards today

done and :hell:

I spent the last 2 nights at work pondering the use of AJ's pods then it hit me today with the Nards. :woohoo:

Trinidad Scorpions
Jimmy Nardello Sweet peppers
Vinegar
Lemon juice
Garlic
Onion
Brown sugar
water to keep it thin
carrot minced

Then today I made a simple label since it is for the house

That looks great!
Does that amount of Scorpions make it too hot for the general public?
I would say not, but I may be jaded. :D I was going to go with equal weight Jimmy Nardellos and Scorps...that would be way too hot.

looking good! do you use a strainer also to keep it thin? or just water and a boat motor
Wish I had a boat motor. Standard blender for me and I don't stain any of my sauces.

Looks good , just got done making my 1st batch with AJ's Peppers.....Really good so far we will see how it is today and then starting my second Batch.....Will put up pictures when completed.....Did you find yours to be hotter the next day :)
