How long does it take for these peppers to fully grow?

Hello! I have been having some problems when trying to find the answer for my question. My question is how long does it take for these peppers to grow and produce fruit. I mean from the time they are planted as a seed to harvesting time, by the way, I forgot, what is that term, is it the maturity rate or something? Anyways, the peppers I would like to know how long they take are : Chocolate Bhutlah, Ghost Pepper, Peach Hab, and the trinidad scorpion. Thank you all so much!
 
Well, my habs and Thais were planted the same time, and I've harvested a few thais weeks ago. All plants are about 3 1/2 months old and no ripe habs yet, but I do have some pods. The basic consensus is the hotter the pepper, the slower the whole process is.
 
My Ghost last year took about 8 months from planting to ripe pods.  Which version of the Chocolate Bhutlah? One of them is a three way cross.
 
There are many factors that play in...how well you do with your starts, how soon you can get them out, and the weather once you do. I have had ripe pods on all those varieties in as little as 6 months. That is starting them in December-January and growing them to about 15" before plant-out at the end of March here in Southern California. 
 
It seems to me that the heat is less of a factor, and it is now about the species and variety. I only grow chinense and annuums, and generally shearing, chinense take considerably longer... Even the mild chinense are rocking 120 days, it seems, on average. But there are so many variables. I had some plants producing months ahead of an identical strain of plant, from the same source and planted same time. You know how you were just never as cool as your big brother? I think it's kinda like that with chile plants, too.

I cannot weigh in on other chile species, but I seem to recall that some take even longer than the chinense do.

Best bet is to allow yourself to much time, rather than not enough time
 
For me I have some Anuums that I have picked this week that germinated in mid September, so 4-5 months but Chinenses and Baccatums will be an extra month based on their current fruit size. I would say 5-6 months is average from germ to picking in my experience with super hots being at the long end.

We grow a lot of produce other than hot peppers.  Have gotten the impression hot peppers are the most unpredictable of anything I have grown.  Maybe the reason is they are more susceptible to unpredictable weather?  Maybe the gene pool on the newer one is so large.  No real clue, but it seems to change dramatically year after year.
