Hi all!
I loooove hot peppers, concentrates, and the like. I have some really hot concentrates that i eat that are delicious and firey but can leave my gut a bit, well, feeling 'not quite right'. Not a stomach ache, but a bit deeper. You know where! I can tolerate this just fine really, but i'm concerned that people i cook for may be a little worse for wear. The butt-burn 16hrs later is a given, yea but i mean more of the sick-in-the-gut feeling you get sometimes.
Are there any foods that can be eaten with hot foods that will help ease the internal sting from chilli dishes?
