Hello everyone.

I am Brock Leach. I have joined The Hot Pepper because I have recently just started a new urban farming company and one of our products is peppers. I am new to both the pepper and farming game, my backgound is in Continous Improvement with in the food distribution industry, but my partner has exprince with both.

I have enjoyed reading the posts through out this board over the last couple of weeks. I look forward to contributing some of my story as I learn the ropes.
