I am sorry! Anyone that I owe seeds to.

Bizarre circumstances (I hate to make excuses, but...) have left me with no time to mail out!

I will get seeds out to everyone I owe, but it may take a week or two.

Having 3 kids and a new job that requires several comprehensive licenses, not to mention a bizarre tragedy that happened to my neighbors, not to mention the OVERWHELMING response to my thread offering seed trades, have buried me under.

One might think that while I typed this I could have sent out seeds.

I sent out seeds to 8 people 2 weeks ago.

I now have 7 more I owe (I can't seem to say no :)).

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry, and let every one that I owe know that it will take me a bit longer.

*I don't guess it is gossiping since none of you live near me, but take this for Effed up: The night before I was to take my state securities test for my new banking officer job, our neighbors show up with their 7 year old daughter saying that their neice has killed her 2 kids......(google mom stabs kids and then shoots self) this was 7 hours before I was to take the securities test.

We watched the girl and tried to calm her and our 2 daughters who were awakened by the commotion. The people who had died weren't friends, but they were people who we had met when they visited our neighbors. Our kids had played, however briefly.

I was in shock and bombed the test. Every time I tried to focus, horrible images passed before my eyes.*

I am still a little bit in shock.

My employer gave me an exception and allowed me a second chance to take the test at their expense on Nov 10th

I have been busy studying and just trying to be a good dad.

Every time I think I am going to get seeds out, something comes up.

TAKE YOUR TIME, STUDY AND GET THE TEST DONE
no one here will be upset with you, I'm a firm believer of the "you cant take care of others until you've taken care of yourself" mentality; I feel sorry for all the drama, issues, etc. that you've had to deal with, and I hope my seed parcel showing up will be like a little (very little) distraction from reality for you; I wish you well, as I am sure others do
 
sorry to hear about the tragedy Cheezy...and how it involved you...study hard and pass your test...people can wait on a pepper seed...
 
November is really the best time for seed trading anyways since most people are finished with harvesting and have more time.
 
Sorry to hear about the tragedy. Take your time, take the test, try to relax...the seeds will be fine when you get to them. Sounds like heartbreak all the way around for your neighbors and your kids are bound to be upset due to that. Do what you have to do, kids come first in my book.
 
Sorry to hear about all that. I'm sure everybody here will understand that. Take all the time you need, hope everything will be better soon.
 
Thanks All! I have been kicking myself for letting people down. I just didn't want people watching the mail when it hasn't gone out yet!

The good news is that 1 more scorpion matured, so everyone should get a few of those!
 
Sorry to hear man I dont think no one here will judge ya over some late seeds even though im not involved in this im shure you will get things done when sanity finally has time to kick back in..Good luck on your test
