I Miss Pam!

I have re-read that thread.

I hate that anyone's feeling's got hurt, but when it comes down to it, Pam has a sharp tongue too. She became upset that everyone wasn't going to put a money-back guarantee that their seeds were pure, she should have bowed out then.

I am not sure what upset her so much. She has said far more insensitive and mean spirited things to me in the past.
 
Well I hate to dig up an old thread, in fact I really hoped I wouldn't have to. Been long enough now that I don't see her comin back. Bummer! She was a very valuable resource to this forum, especially this time of year. I know this is just a forum and blah, blah, blah, but it still sucks man she was/is one of the greats here!
 
holy hell, take a month or two off the board and look what you miss... actually, i was still semi-around when that all went down but i've been mostly ignoring that thread since the 'no-canucks' rule went into place plus i had precious little thread catching up time at that point.
i can certainly see her side of it, and while i agree worse things have been said on this board it's certainly not beyond reason for her to pick her battles. but i'll join the rest of you in hoping she comes back...
 
I miss pam too, I keep expecting to see her commenting on someone's post or having someone to banter back and forwth with on digs of eachother...but alas, she is no more :(

I still don't quite understand any of this, but I hate for anyone to get their feelings hurt over something that was meant to be a great sharing tool.(sorry canadians!)
 
Guys, I'm terribly flattered and touched at the thread, and am dropping by to stop Devil Duck's nagging and hopefully his Miracle Grow use. I'm absolutely swamped at work, and pretty pooped by the time I get home. We had several employees flame out spectacularly so we're all trying to cover the extra work at what is already a very busy time. I haven't even gotten all my peppers transplanted, that's how exhausted I am most days.

Anyway, a couple more weeks and hopefully things will ease up. You'd think that what with the recession and gas prices and all, *somebody* would want a job with good benefits, but apparently expecting them to actually show up for work at all, much less within 30 or 40 minutes of on time is too onerous for words.

Anyway, see ya in a bit.

BTW I used up the last of my Miracle-gro this morning, decent ferts here we come :)
