 I'll say!

Damn, some of those sauces look like they're gonna be good! And the selection of drieds... only something I could dream about finding here in a store! And those chips....... I WANT! I WANT!

I'm thinking I'm gonna have to order some of them purees myself. Looking at CaJohn's website at the moment, I could spend a fortune!

Those bottles with only a pic of a chilli are cool. If you didn't know what kind of chilli they were by looking at them you wouldn't know what you were eating. Very coool.

man, that's a stash & a half!!
i'm thinking just how much cash i'd need to part with to buy that gear here in the UK-not that i'd be able to get much of it as imported products anyway...:(

for dried chiles you can check into (they also have a link on this THP forum)

www.americanspice.com

I had zero problems with them & plan on ordering from them again.
they have plenty of differtent kind of spices!! the couple I really wanted were the pasilla, smoked serrano, chipotle morita (ripe/red jalapenos smoked)

What a fery nice stash. You should really love those purees.
I give ya a month maybe 2 before needing more.

I'll love it all! I figure I'm good for 1 year, the powder (dried pods) maybe longer since they last longer, plus I have some of my own chiles I grew last season.
I dont plan on growing chiles for the 2010 season  ::hides in the corner from the wrath of chileheads here:: LOL

if you buy the 6 pack dont forget to also buy the red savina bottle to complete the collection.

That's a lovely collection you got there. Although I must say, even if I had twice that, I would still have as many plants as I could fit in the garden.

Wow! That's a nice stash you have there. :drooling:

I actually was just at the hot sauce store and bought a few of the same sauces you have there...the CaJohn's Killer Chipotle, that bourbon infused chipotle-habanero sauce and also the Hurtin' Habanero (I love that stuff).

the bourbon chipotle/hab sauce is half gone right now, I would of thought it'd be a little hotter than what it is, with the habs in there. still a great sauce.

CaJohn's and Kato's can't go wrong with either of them. That El Yucateo Chipotle is great too. Mae Ploy is a staple in my fridge. Check out TB's Thai sweet chili cream sauce sometime. It is excellent on fish. Have lots of fun with all that stuff CH.
