Are there multiple types of peppers of this shape?

I have seen baloon pepper and another name or two.
One plant has two larger peppers and the other smaller ones.
What is the color when RTE?

Pepper 2 looks like a Jolokia.

pepper number 3 should be red when ripe.

Pepper 2 is a Bih Or Bhutt Jolokia,3 is Balloon, Pimenta Cambuci, Campane, Peri Peri, Ubatuba Cambuci, Nepalese bell, Aji Flor, Orchid and Bishops Hat to name a few and Brazilian Starfish to there all Baccatum`s and very Similar.Hard to tell the first one as it could be a number of c.chinese..But Trinidad Congo came to mind in shape
