I seperate most of the varieties, and i'll keep some in mixed bags for chili-paste or hotsauce....and ...i'll dry a lot of them (mixed) for my nuclear hot chili-powder..or the pubescense for my hot smoked chili-powder :
 
Very Cool logo! I like where you're going with this. I'll be smoker drying a mixed batch of red bhut jolokias and orange habaneros this weekend. I usually dry them in my oven but am curious what the smoke flavor will bring to the party :party:
