lighting INEXPENSIVE GROW LIGHTS!!

I might have to get them. They look pretty perfect for what im doing.. Would I switch to flouro's after a period of time like 2 weeks after I see hooks?

1st two weeks with MH then from there use flouro's??
 
im not sure what a hook is sorry.
but i would START under some moderate flouros, imo there is no reason to blast 175 watts at a bunch of cotyldons if you have alternatives. at like 3 sets of true leaves i would fire those things up. both of them could probably cover like 4 seed flats easy... thats a good amount of light and i bet it will get you some really nice starts for planting outside.

Here in Cali they bust grow houses all the time and ship them ALL to 1 place that sales them starting a $1.00 I've picked up NEW eye 400 full spectrum bulbs for a buck, ballast for $10, cool tubes for $20, root cubes, fans, etc etc. I even picked up a almost new phototron for $25.00 that retails for $450, although mine had a weird pungent smell
