Hi everyone,
I just stumbled upon this website after I searched Google for food business forums. Coincidentally enough, this forum is about hot peppers - which is perfect!
I'm Michael, the President and CEO of Plato's Olive Oil, we produce and market a habanero-infused gourmet extra virgin olive oil. The rich green olive oil comes from the Napa region of California and it is a very high quality and flavorful olive oil - unlike most infusions which use cheap flavorless oil.
I just came here to discuss things with people, and maybe learn a little bit more about good ways to market my business. We're already up and running making sales on our website and Amazon. We would like to greatly increase our online traffic, and we want to get into some retail food outlets. Any advice is appreciated.
Oh also, since this is a hot pepper forum I feel like I have to mention that our habanero olive oil is not that spicy relative to a habanero, I don't want anyone to be disappointed. We do have an extremely hot version coming out next month though.
Glad to be here, I hope to have some interesting discussions!
Mike
