IPN Grow Log (New to growing!!)

The neglected leggy bunch are starting to make a slow come back after putting them under the light for a couple days. I guess I will just have to baby them!

I am gonna need either another light or a larger light to accommodate all the plants once they are all in cups!!!!

Hopefully some people at work like tomatoes/peppers ha ha!

Well, I figured I would give another update...It has been more than a week since my last post. I got some pictures too. Just potted up some pepper plants today. As I was doing so, I forgot to keep track which was which >.

Also, here are the pepper plantlings.

I will be potting these babies up tomorrow. There was 1 of the leggy ones that didn't make it as I was potting those up today. It's stem was so long it coulnd't even hold itself up (you can see it in the first pic, a couple posts up, of the leggy bunch, it's the one with brown leaves in the middle). Good thing I planted alot.

I do not see how all you peeps take care of thousands+ plants. It takes me forever to pot up like 15 plants .

Anyway...let me know whatcha think.

Hello!

Almost all the plants have been potted up to the 13oz cups. I have about 20 left in the seedling tray, including 5 orange habanero that recently just popped through the soil. Everything that has been potted up seems to be doing ok. Even some of the droopy plants have began to shapen up.

The tomatoes have 8-10+ leaves on all of them and the cucumbers have 3+ leaves. The only plant I am concerned about right now is the cucumber shown a couple posts back. The bottom leave turned a dark yellow/gray and became crispy. Now, the other side is beginning to do the same thing. Should I pinch the leaves off, or change the soil??

Most all the peppers have taken off with their first true leaves coming out. The further along has its first leaf around an inch long.

I gotta start thinking where to put these outside. I don't have room for all that I have started indoors!

I'll get more pictures later this week/weekend

It has been a while since I have posted some pics. Here are the most up to date pics!!!

Those tomatoes are getting big!

I know! I put them outside for a bit over the weekend, gave em a bit of food and they really took off. Probably have grown like 2-3 inches in the past week!

Well, It is time for another post. It had been a little longer this time, mainly due to my laziness to go out and get some pictures. Here we go...

New setup - I used an already made table that I had sitting in the storage shed, drilled soem holes on the inside and put in some hooks to hand the lights from. (currently have a couple Purira sproutlings started)

Things are looking great! Nice work inolan22, nice work.

Mind if I ask what you do with the cucumbers? Do you make pickles?

Best of luck to you!

This is actually my first year growing anything.

I will definitely be eating a bunch of salads this summer/fall. I think I have all the ingredients for the basic salad growing right now...cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions...Looks like I need to start growing some lettuce... :)

All the extra cucumbers will most likely get pickled. I will need to learn how to make pickles (and get the right equipment..) :P

It has been a while, so here is the newest overall update. So far I have harvested about 10 Banana Peppers / 2 cayennes / 7 jalapenos
