health Is there anything going wrong with these plants?

Hi guys, not to be the type that panics but out of my 20 plants, two or three of each variety are doing some different things. I'm not sure if it might be pests, maybe different soils used causing probs or some disease. Maybe somone can take a quick peek at the leaves and see what they think :)

First thing, some of my orange habs are starting to get these darker patchy areas. I looked underneat the leaf to see if there are signs of pets or bite marks or something but I see nothing. Its not all the leaves, but some are like this.

Then a couple of my other orange habs are getting some leaves that look like this. Not sure what the hell would cause these bumps.

Then I have some red habs where the lower leaves are turning yellow and just dropping off. They have these spots on them. The upper leaves look ok. Now mind you all the red habs are using the same soil so maybe its retaining more moisture or maybe too much or too little nutrient of some kind?
The very yellow leaf is the lowest one, the one thats spotting is closer to the top. Last couple pics are the plant from the top and side profile.

Any feedback is welcome.

It could very well be over watering......... I actually noticed that a few of mine were so root bound that they really didn't drain any more and I'm thinking that that was also a reason for them yellowing as I bottom watered them this year and they just sat in the water instead of absorbing it. The bottom of my cups where the drainage holes are were all just solid roots on the bottom. Thus even though I was watering, the plants just seemed to keep wilting and yellowing.... I'M PRETTY SURE I JUST TALKED MYSELF THROUGH MY OWN PROBLEM AND ANSWERED IT....LOL

Have the plants just recently been put outside or what? The first pic of one of your orange habs looks to me like classic sun scald. If they've been hardening off for some time, or were just recently put out permanently this is perfectly normal. I personally pull off sun scalded leaves as the plant focuses too much energy on trying to repair the leaf. As for the bumps, I have no idea what could cause that. Sometimes leaves just dont look perfect like others for no odd reason, I dont think its anything to worry about right at the moment, but I'd keep a close eye on it. You're picture 4 on your red hab looks to me once again like classic sun scald. If they arent going outside or arent in the sun then I dunno what else could be causing it. For the yellow leaves, I would do a thorough search on "yellow leaves" on this site, I'm sure you'll find something. As I've said before, the most common cause of yellow leaves are over watering ( or too little of a pot ) or over/under fertilization. Just my 2 cents!

The plants have never been outside, but I do have four 23W in some reflectors hovering about two feet over the 25 plants or so...they are kind of spread apart so I can get some even lighting but its not very strong. I also have a single 150W halogen about 4 feet above the plants. I find it helped the flowering a lot even though people say halogens dont work well. Lastly, there is athe kitchen window so they do get some direct sunlight through the window on sunny days. I do leave the lights on from 9am until about midnight so maybe they are getting too much light?

Well, I'm quite familiar with sun scald and like I said it definitely looks like a classic start of sun scald. The lights inside should not be a problem at all, its your plant getting used to the stronger sun. Maybe it was moved closer to the window, or the sun was up longer then usual anything could cause this. Im by no means an expert, but thats my opinion. I've never heard of seen of anyone getting sun scald on plants from a window, but if the circumstances exist I'm sure its possible.

I hate to say it but... I myself stunted the growth of two of my Hot chocolate Caribbeans and a couple others by leaving them in the window sill for to long. The plants, which had only 4 or 5 true leaves, curled their leaves, wrinkled up a bit and turned the leaves over somewhat and then refused to grow for a few weeks. I guess they were spending all their energy repairing or something. Totally sucked! It's my first year growing so it seems I am bound to make more than a couple mistakes! :( It's kinda like when you leave your vehicle windows up in the heat of the day, the glass magnifies the heat and next thing you know the seats are scorching your butt!

Yeah, they're trying to repair the leaves that got burnt or wrinkled. Everytime that happens to me, which it does often cause quite frankly I'm not a huge fan of hardening off, just pull of the burnt or damaged leaves. If you do it early on, as soon as it happens, the plant will be less stunted cause it will focus all its energy on making new leaves instead of repairing the damaged ones :)
