This plant looks different than my pepper plants for the reason that is tall does it look like a pepper bloom?

That is Weird what is it doing in my Pepper Pot? I had to transplant because it has a couple of blooms so i moved it to the soil and now its not a pepper -____- Well a mystery veggie
Oh Thats Right Forgot You Need 2 of em To Pollinate oh well I guess No Tomatillos for me if its one.

I withdraw my previous answer based on the second picture and agree with RHB340. Looks like a Tomatillo. 
Tomatillo seeds can stay viable in soil for years. All it takes is one pod to fall off the plant and you could be seeing these things pop up for 3-5 years. I have about 6 volunteers in my garden this year and only grew them once 2 years ago. None popped up last year which is why them popping up this year was so weird for me.

A Friend of Mine told me her Aji Dulces were blooming in Yellow, Im not sure it that might be as i had some seeds fall in the soil but from what everyone says this might be a tomatillo and another thing is that they told me you can pollinate them with your finger without the use of another plant
Oh Wow That Looks Just Like It, Specially the flowers thanks now for sure i know its a tomatillo and Looks like a very prolific Type of plant I just wish I had a Partner next to it
