Its getting worse!!!

Omg my addiction as getting worse.G/f went to the grocery
store for some shrimp(I made a spicy stir fry)but I wanted a milder Chile to go with it for her(she cant take too much heat)
so I had her get an Anaheim and when she got back I carefully
skiced it open and gently removed the seeds and I am now attempting to dry them to see if I can get them to germinate.
Helppppppppppppppppp me Helppppppppp me :lol::lol:

Alawn
Cool ty for the info on fresh seeds germinating.I am drying them
to save them because I am pretty much maxed out as for as starting new seedlings.I am not sure they will be any good anyway as the Anaheim my g/f picked was still green and not red
so I am unsure if it was even ripe enough but hey experimenting can be fun :)

Ciao HPFF-

As an obsessed tomato grower who has been accepted into the fold of this wonderful group, I can tell you, it doesn't really matter which plants get you hooked. If you have a passion for it, you can't stop at just a few. I started with 5 tomato varieties and 18 plants in 2004 and I'm up to 70 varieties and 100 plants in 2008. There are worse ones than me, I can assure you. I'm somewhat limited by space.

I used to ask people for cigars or shirts when they went away on trips now I ask where they going and look up the peppers that are native to the area and ask for pods, and if they are nervous for bringing pods home, then I ask them to cut them open and bring the seeds. And if that doesnt work then I ask for a bottle of hot sauce from the area. Seeds preferred;)

Your biological and technological techniques for growing peppers will be added to our own.

We're less than 3, 3, 3, 3? Or we're less than 12?

Well, the problem is that our little brains are under stress, too. Sometimes a barely comprehensible mumble is all we can manage.

I think those are supposed to be hearts.

Oh. Well.

That would be way too incestuous. Imaguitargod is like some bratty little brother who keeps trying to steal my diary or sneaks onto the porch roof to spy on me smooching some guy -preferably Bent- but anyway, is generally just a little snot.

Unless someone else picks on him, then I'll beat their ass.

I've said it before, I'm the little brother she never wanted, lol

Yup, I'm turning into a chilli freak.
Here's what happened last night:

Wanted a sandwich, so I started making one and decided mid-fixings that plain mayo seemed boring...

So, I made some habanero mayo on the spot, and next I knew had on the gloves and picking out the seeds to save..

In the end, I made the hab mayo, sorted out the seeds to dry, and pickled about 1/4 lb. of orange habs...since I'd already got the gear out and was slicing stuff up

Oh, the sandwich was nice too. :D

eek.
