MOA X is looking good. What do you suspect is the cross? It looks like a good one to grow.

I don't know if cross or what. I got Red MOA seeds from East Texas Heat on here last year, not sure his source for the seeds, but I had 3 plants, one was a solid more mushroom shaped pod, was really good and solid, then there was one that was more bonnet shaped and red that was huge. Then there was this one, which was my favorite bonnet I had last year, liked it better then the regular MOA. Seemed to taste similar to moa but pods were much bigger, and really meaty. Was just a great pepper. Hopefully they turn yellow again. I just called it a cross or an X as it was definitely not the a Red MOA, but in either case was great. If I get enough of them will send you a few to try out. I am sure by September I will have a ton of pods, but so far way behind where I was last year. Half my plants don't have any pods yet. I think I am not geared up for 400 plants yet, hopefully I can convince myself to stick closer to 200 and go for bigger transplants and better quality next year. But as you must know with your user id, that OCD we have is a tough thing to fight.

Yea that is the papa dreadie bonnet. I think thats the only pod so far that has a tail though neither of my plants are producing pods like I was expecting.

Oh I see. Sometimes nature just changes things up. Looks good. I'll follow along the progress.

I don't have any flowers on my Chinese. No pod's, but starting to flower on my Aji Pineapples, and tons of pod's on my Goats Weed. I'll be buying pod's this year. That's why I stuck to stuff, I know will grow in my timeline. No room for error in my side. Next year will be different. Starting early. If it wasn't for the hoop house I'm building, I would definitely put up low row covers.

Nebru7 is coming slow, but still hopeful. Not wanting to blossom much. I have 2 pods on one plant. That plant is very big, one of my biggest ones, over 2 feet tall now and just as wide. I have 2 or 3 smaller plants. I actually have one hole where I think I ended up with 2 plants as didn't notice when germinating I had 2 right next to each other. Hopefully they produce, really looking forward to this one.

Heres the one nice sized nebru pod I have so far and of course its out of focus, need a new phone, this camera sucks.

Heres some others you sent. The MA Peach SB is pretty loaded.

Nagabon has a lot of pods also.

This one just reminded me of some of your young plants you have posted. Its a Safi Red. It got dug up by a raccoon first week it was planted so its lagging behind, but looks super healthy.

Heres is that nagabon x yellow primo - getting big with huge leaves, hopefully it will start to set some pods soon.

Thanks for all that you sent, looking forward to all of them. I think I started some of all of them. i have 3 scotch brains growing also that are looking good and starting to blossom finally.

All looking great Justin .... the NeBru is a big plant anything up to a metre ... I found that the pods formed predominately on the lateral branches as I had to stake them as the pods grew ...

The MA Peach was prolific in flowering and produced many pods ... looking at your photography there seems to be a few different shapes ... hopefully they will sort themselves out ... it was the colour that fascinated me a true pinky peach

Thanks, and good to hear about the Market bonnets. If they turn out to be winners, will have to trade you back for some seeds. I think I told you the story on those, friend in Canada visited trinidad and got the peppers at the market and saved seeds and brought home. He didn't have a lot so figured they would be in better hands with the bonnet master so didn't keep any.

Not too worried about those varied shapes on the MA peach. That color on yours was awesome. Looking forward to them. And I should still have plenty of time to set pods. Hard to not get nervous after the load I had set early last year. I think it was just an exceptional year last year for peppers even though it rained so much, but the rain was earlier and stopped about this time of year. Should end up with enough for seeds to share for sure. Anxiously awaiting my first EOB pods also, that may be my favorite pepper. Did you grow the Long Jamaican Bonnets? I got one going and they are looking interesting.

Thanks. I feel so far behind. Hundreds of plants yet to pod. Seems like I did everything the same, maybe some of the plants were just not ready too small/not hardened enough at plantout. Few more interesting pods starting to show up though.

First ripe pod will be a 7 Pot Congo Gigantic SR x ?. Pretty obvious cross here or seed mess up from the vendor. Pods are really big, bhut like but seems wider than a bhut would be.

Great. Mine don't have any pods yet I don't think. I actually got the seed from pods I received from fiogga.

No, I think meatfreak is the original creator of this if I am not mistaken. I got seeds last year from both Trident and Romy6. I have plants going from both, I think that pod is on one of the plants from romy. It looks great, if I remember its a bonnet and a yellow brain strain, at least the pods I saw from those guys last year were yellow. Should be one of my favorites without even trying it as I really love both the parents.

Angry bonnet and a great early ScotchBrain Justin ... yes one of Stefan's creations now F4 a Yellow SB x Yellow 7pot Brainstrain ... Orange Saraga really pushing out early pods as are the Marabella's. Please keep the photographs coming

Thanks John, heres a little bonnet update for you. Not all I have going but a few of them.

Not sure what this is, was supposed to be an orange jonah but has taken a gnarly sb7j shape. Looking forward into what it grows up to be.
