Jedisushi06 2014 Grow, Return of the JEDI

I started fairly early this year of 2013 for 2014.  I had a good garden season this summer and grew lots of super hots and non super hots.  I produced over 200 pounds of tomatoes for canning, and lots of cucumbers for pickles.  I used my last big tomato and pepper harvest to can salsa.  I plan on growing more plants this year and trying to grow some types i did not get around to this summer.  I also plan on growing peas, tomatoes, rhubarb, mixed greens, pumpkins, and non super hot peppers and thai chiles for drying.  Here's an updated list of what i'm growing so far.  I have plans for lots more peppers so stay tuned.  I want to thank all the great people on here that taken their time to send me seeds to grow, i want to give a shout out to Romy 6, Bhut Camp, megahot, Jack Superhot, Tmudder, Spicegeist, Colorado Ronin, Judy at pepperlover, silver surfer, Semilnas, Nigel Carter, Bill Moore, chile beast, Brian Seal, lucky dog hot sauce, Chris Joyner, my favorite cowboy, old barn nursery, and old dirty bastard.

that plant took forever to pod up last year.  I had to move it inside with the shabu to get the pods to ripen.  he did a great job and the flavor and heat.  i personally like this pepper and will grow it again in the future.

I was hoping you were going to grow them this year charles for your comparison bhut project.
 
hold on. i got pics.  I sent u seeds right?  took me a few years to get a bhut that i thought was worthy.  this was it.

They are very hot, the hottest red bhut i have ever had.  Flavor was spot on too.

The entire plant every pod was blistered out.  i didn't have a single immature pod either.  best red bhut variety i have grown.  Decent producer too.

I'm growing some Bhut Jolokia Assam Raja F4 (from a trusty europen source, may be the same that JungleRain sells), curious to see how these will turn out.

Nice way to put it, "holy grail," I also have a handful of candidate peppers for such a designation.  There are so many bhuts, definitely can't speak of bhut jolokia in the singular anymore.
 
Nice Mikey, Colorado is finally getting some pods. Still dropping here. Not looking for pod set everyday is the plan from here on out. Hoping one day I'll say hey look at that. Pods! Those Blueberry Cherry Tomatoes look awesome.

yeah i just let mine do there thing.  I stopped brewing tea last.  I feed mine some 0-45-0 super high phosphorus on the top soil to trick them into flowering.
