Jedisushi06 2014 Grow, Return of the JEDI

I started fairly early this year of 2013 for 2014.  I had a good garden season this summer and grew lots of super hots and non super hots.  I produced over 200 pounds of tomatoes for canning, and lots of cucumbers for pickles.  I used my last big tomato and pepper harvest to can salsa.  I plan on growing more plants this year and trying to grow some types i did not get around to this summer.  I also plan on growing peas, tomatoes, rhubarb, mixed greens, pumpkins, and non super hot peppers and thai chiles for drying.  Here's an updated list of what i'm growing so far.  I have plans for lots more peppers so stay tuned.  I want to thank all the great people on here that taken their time to send me seeds to grow, i want to give a shout out to Romy 6, Bhut Camp, megahot, Jack Superhot, Tmudder, Spicegeist, Colorado Ronin, Judy at pepperlover, silver surfer, Semilnas, Nigel Carter, Bill Moore, chile beast, Brian Seal, lucky dog hot sauce, Chris Joyner, my favorite cowboy, old barn nursery, and old dirty bastard.

getting some gnarly looking pods coming there bro.  Love the look of the Primo orange ... mean stinger .... best of continued luck... cheers!

I'm hoping my Orange Primo is similar.....rain has been biblical, which is bad down here. I prepped for the typical  dry "end" of July and August, ie lots of h20 retaining
elements.Glad I put off those drip lines.....
Cheers n beers-

not much rain here this year but lots of cloudy cool days have helped with pod production.  i'm glad we aren't getting as much rain as last year.  It's easier for me to control the amount of water my plants get. less water = gnarly looking pods.

Damn Mikey!  I haven't been keeping up on anybody's glog as of lately unfortunately.  Been super, extremely busy with work which has cut into a lot of personal time and garden time.  Hopefully it slows down again here shortly.  Pods are looking hella gnarly and foliage is greener than green.  Love all the pics man.   Glad the weather is finally there for ya.  How much longer you got before it gets cold again?  I'll try to keep up with this.  I've just about abandoned my Glog for this year.  Next year will be different tho.  Keep up the awesome grow man!

Mikey, your grow is going great - glad the CO weather has been kind to you.
Have the winds been a big issue for you this season?  Seems like a constant
there.  Here's hoping for lots of nice, ripe pods, and continued good weather
for ya!

winds were terrible at the start of the season, they damaged my plants.

So when my mom came out here from missouri last month for my wedding she brought me some deer.  the package was labeled deer steaks but when i opened it, it turned out to be deer loin!  Score! So i got them marinating in some stout beer, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, bay leaves, peppercorns, whole allspice, grain mustard, mustard seeds, salt, star anise and garlic.
