Hello folks,
There is recipe for season sauce.
This sauce goes well with poultry meat.

INGREDIENTS :
4x midlle beet-roots
6x Bhut Jolokia ( orange, white ... ) or 7Pots or other superhots
3x Habanero Maya Red or Haba Tasmanian or others Habanero varieties
3x Twilight or others Annum chili peppers
3x mild pepper
3x carrot
1x ginger root
1x an apple
1x a hadnful of thyme
1 - 2 lžíce large tablespoons of balsamic-vinegar ( or apple vinegar )
Olive oil
Salt
Cooking process:
1st - First, wrap beets in foil and put in the oven for about an hour (180 degrees), then peel and cut into small cubes.
2nd - olive oil and fry the chopped onion, ginger, peppers and carrots.
3. After 15 minutes of roasting, add the chopped beets and pour 0.5L of water and throw in a handful of thyme and simmer for about 1 hour.
5. If the water in the pot sufficiently reduced to desired consistency Throw chopped chillies and cook for 5 minutes, then take the blender and blend everything thoroughly and season with salt.
6. In conclusion, we even passed through a sieve and pour into hot jars.
