Joyner's Hot Pepper Powders 2014 GLOG

As of now here is the somewhat final list for the 2014 growing season...the 7 pot red has a question mark because I am waiting to see if I can use a 1/2 acre in Va of my uncles and isolate. It is very hard to leave over 100 different varieties in the seed bin and not grow them all out!

Best of luck to everyone and I plan to get seeds started in the next few days.

Great looking peppers Chris! Loving all the stingers on those pods. I had a couple Bahamian goats with the tail but most are fairly innocent. One of the milder chinenses if I'm not mistaking. Can't wait to see those bhuts get some color!

Happy growing!

My Bahamian Goats last year were fire for some reason. I'd say up there with my Caribbean Reds and they made an awesome powder! Thanks for stopping by

I love the flavor of the Bahamian Goat peppers too... I got a few from Coheed and used them to make some Jerk marinade.

Have all the Thais come in yet Chris?

Almost all, my Thai yellow plant has 100+ pods easily. I will get a picture later.

Yeah, my Bahamian Goat peppers last season were also scorchers.  I stuffed them with cheddar/cream cheese, and rolled them in panko before frying.  Sounds great, except that I couldn't taste much after the first one!  They ought to go well in a mango sauce, don't you think?

That's an outstanding Yellow Thai Chris! Mine'll have to more than double in size to catch up. Glad all is looking well!
