* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR... BRANTWOOD AROUND 430 PM EDT... GLASGOW AND NEWARK AROUND 435 PM EDT... BEAR AND MOUNT PLEASANT AROUND 445 PM EDT... SAINT GEORGES AND NEWPORT AROUND 450 PM EDT... DELAWARE CITY AND NEW CASTLE AROUND 455 PM EDT... PORT PENN AROUND 500 PM EDT...
WHEN A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED BASED ON DOPPLER RADAR... IT MEANS THAT STRONG ROTATION HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE STORM. A TORNADO MAY ALREADY BE ON THE GROUND... OR IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SHORTLY.

+1 on that! Hope you have them all staked down well...
I wish, only about 10 thus far have stakes and trying to let the rest ride it out. Last night was brutal and had a few hundred dropped blossoms from the hard rain. On the plus side no broken branches or dropped pods. It looks like we are in for more over the next few days.

I feel you on the brutal weather. Nothing but severe thunderstorms on the forecast horizon for me. Even July 4th? C'mon Mother Nature!

On a better note, your plants look killer. Better than mine for the most point all that way up north! Sniff sniff lol jk. Keep up the good work man.

Everything else seems to look OK Chris... how's the garden taking it?
So far so good but 4 to 5 more days of severe storms. Good thing I have taken years to condition the soil to drain well. I only get worried about the plants with huge leaves since they get so heavy. I do know when the sun breaks pod city will follow! Are you guys getting all the east coast moisture up there?

We're getting plenty of moisture, but not so much wind. I think the ridge-tops in the southern Appalachians, and the Tidewater region are bearing the brunt of the extreme weather.
