That powder smells great, I think the 2 orangish yellowish peppers might be Peach Bhuts? Am I at least close

But what is the red one?

That tray of pods for Thai powder looks mouth-watering Chris! I've been smoking most of my Chinense pods for powder, but Rocketman Bill put me onto making puree using Alabama Jack/Billy Boy's method, and I've been putting away my Yellow 7s that way... it just tastes so good by itself!

Awesome giftage \o/ what are the white ones? The shape is more Hab like VS the White Bhut's I'm growing but the color is fantastic! Bill tell us how dem taste

The yellow ones are Bhut Jolokia Yellow and I forget the red I sent you but thought it was a Carolina Reaper. I can only promise it is a super hot!

Thanks! I am using many of my yellows for AJ's puree as well...simple and perfect!

Thank you, it does look more like a hab but once you cut it open you know exactly what it is and the heat is very good and the taste is AMAZING!

Tried one of the White Bhuts last night with dinner. Took a nice 1/4" slice from the center of the pod and ate that alone and chopped the rest of it up and added it to my Chop. Your spot on about the sweetness. i got a really sweet fruity flavor upfront and then I think it went to a more Bhut taste. The heat was not Ghost level, after using Matts powders every day for the past week I think my tolerance has gone up some, but hotter than a good stressed out Hab for certain. I really enjoyed it and think your right about it fitting well into what i have planned. I'll be trying the Yellow Bhut soon but furniture to move in first.

Thanks and glad you enjoyed. Just made my first batch of powder with the white bhut and oh so yummy! You will find the yellow is hotter for sure, not as sweet but a nice fruity flavor. Have a great weekend as well.

Those guys turn into black and red bugs the shape of a shield ... they prick the fruit and make little white hard balls under the skin ... kill, cause the multiply fast!
