I found this recipe over the holidays and gave it a go.  I replaced the chili infused Aperol with habanero infused vodka.  It was really good, but I did find the habanero over powered the cherry liqueur and the lemon.  It was basically rye whiskey and habanero heat, which isn't that bad but was lacking in complexity.  I think I would use half as much habanero vodka next time
