Thanks for the comments everyone. I picked a load of peppers yesterday and smoked them with some pecan and mesquite for a couple of hours. Now they're in the dehydrator.

That is one nice looking bolivian rainbow plant! I only grew one last season too late and only got a few pods from it. Hope I can get mine to look like that this year. Like Patrick said it must have really looked good with all the unripe colours going.
