Finished my new shoes this morning. Took a while, hand stitching is hard on the hands and takes a while, still want to make tall boots. Some of the trim I used a sewing machine

Its the way the pattern was, straps are tied at the front. Their sewn half way up on the back and the open half fold in to tighten.

Finished my side seam moccasins today, just a bit of cleanup and cut some leather lace
Real comfy.

Havent done leather in a while. Was given a scratch pad and my Palm needed a cover so I bade a belt pouch, just needs some tweaking now. All hand Stitched.

Had to fix my House Moccasins, their 20 years old, put a new sole on a while back, now the glue gave way on one of them (bottom of the can) so had to sew it (by hand), nice and sturdy now.
Shows how the non commercial stuff can last a long time. No plan on making new ones.
