misc Less than 100 pounds of sauce .

This year we made nearly 100 pounds of hotsauce. That was just the beginning. (In a land where black pepper is considdered too hot!!) Powder too but mainly sweet and sour type boiled. Also fermented for the first time. Next year hopefully more fermented. Really good stuff.
Our winter is now here. The Chili plants are still green outside and most likley just needs a good pruning session before spring.

The plants grew very well and some of it almost just wild with a bit of water in the dry times. Outside.
The climate here is very good for Capsicums and even now the ones I have cut down are making new shoots as if it is springtime.
The downside is that the insects do not freeze and seems like they just slow down their activities.
I should not complain.
