Little Harvest

It is a small or medium harvest for me. Normally I am able to fill up a 5 gal bucket or just shy of that.

The chinenses are yellow and red Congo peppers.

Iggy- quite a few people have said they are Tabasco and maybe they are, the seeds came from trinidad and are just known to me as"bird," but they could very well just be Tabasco.

Are they juicey? If so, they probably are Tabasco.

Made a little mustard based one, came out greaaatttt!


and I am starting to agree that they more than likely are tabasco, or something closely related, the flavor is even on target with the commercial "tabasco" sauce, i had some pickled and never realized the similarity.
