Loki's Ghost - A highschool project

This is too cool.  A high school has a business education program where students come up with a product, produce it and market it.  This year, it is Loki's Ghost super hot pepper shake.  But get this part, not only are they growing their own ingredients but they dare doing so with aquaponics.

The thing I think is great is that the students are learning what it takes to do something like that on your own rather than work for someone else.  Seems like the school is promoting the American dream of owning your own business.  Not sure there is that much of that in our schools.
