I'm currently drowning in ripe Bhuts, I have around 40 or so and I need to do something with them. I want to make a really hot ghost sauce, anyone want to comment with your favorite recipe? I did a pineapple ghost sauce last time and it was good, but not very hot, I would love a hot sauce that at least gets close to as hot as these peppers are raw.

Less sweets or more peppers (maybe add a 1 or 2 pepper with seeds) would be my first guess with your recipe and your needs
