recipe-help Looking for the classic AJ puree recipe.

Greetings...I know I haven't been very active in the last *cough* decade, but I'm planning on transitioning my container garden into raised beds. Mods...read til the end. I want to get back into growing lots of exotics like the OG's remember. I've recently gotten involved in pressure canning. I have searched and searched, and I even have AJ's number...but he hasn't been active here, or on Facebook for some time. I'm looking for Alabama Jack's tried and true puree recipe he shared with us so long ago. I still have some of the purees from 10 years ago, in the fridge, and they are still good. Any help?

I have posted my recipe of the puree I make but don't think I have ever gone through the process with pictures...it's pretty simple....just time consuming...to me, this recipe preserves the fresh taste of the peppers and is great for cooking (or adding to bloody mary's) The recipe is: 100...

I still have a jar or two lol! He always sent like 8 and they were crazy hot!

I just looked and have some unopened 08 and 09 vintage in dry storage! They look fine.
