Picked up this issue of Chile Pepper from August 2015 my friend, had 3 recipes for rubs, hope it helps.

Article says the recipes are from the founder of Cajohns Fiery Foods. Hope the images are readable.

A bit late to the party here but my OZ pepper friend Tony Burridge (aka Budgies Jerky) makes amazing jerkies (heatless to hot AF!) and I believe he is shipping worldwide for free.
