S ShowMeDaSauce Sep 28, 2016 #23 I would sweeten SUPER slowly. Add less than you think you want. Let it set for a couple days in the fridge and taste it again. I like some sauces sweet but otherwise i sweeten just enough to take the bite off the vinegar/acids. Upvote 0 Downvote
