I'm English, enlighten me on the filling, I know what is usually in them but I thought you could have anything. Oh look.. is that a bit of tomato or lettuce?

When i make nachos i like to think of them as open faced tacos, so yeah, theres lettuce and tomato on there. Hell, you can pile almost anything on them you want.
 
Its nachoss with ground beef, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce and of course some extra hot Lousiana Hot Sauce. I dont keep my good hot sauce here in the office for everybody to raid at will LOL so I just use the so/so stuff. Still it was pretty darn good and I got one of my "fixes" for the day hehe

That's why i bought a bottle of Frank's Red Hot t distract them while i dig in my own stash for the real shit. ;)
 
Ummy nachos! I love nachos.

I use Jimmy Deans hot pork sausage instead of hamburger though. Gives it that "twang". Diced tomatoes, any readily available habs/paste/flakes/powder, black olives, melted Velveeta along with shredded pepperjack, all dumped on a bed of tortilla chips. Little sour cream on top. Lick the fingers clean when it's all gone.
