Maced Myself. Fumigated my House. One Hell of a Sauce.

Hey all,

10 7 Pot Jonahs
10 7 Pot Red Douglahs
10 7 Pot Yellow Brain Strains

3 Cups Apple Cider vinegar

Pinch of madras curry powder.
Pinch of powdered ginger.
Pinch of garlic salt.

Boiled.
Bottled.

F'in delicious.

Sauce:

holy-what-oh-my!!!! SHEESH MegaSpokane!!! you're going to fumigatge the whole block cooking that stuff!



If'n ya did a proper cook-n-bottle, with that amount of vinegar, you shouldn't have any worries with pH. As long as they were hot packed, you should be good to go for shelf stable. No need to reefer. Save 'em if you want.



BUT!!!!..... if you're looking to unload a bottle here or there.....perhaps we could work a deal....;) :cool:

Hey Salsa-Lady ! I am always a little worried about it when I use that many peppers in such a little batch; but you are right it could probably be shelf stable. But as always I don't mind spreading this stuff around. I have a bottle for me, a bottle for a friend (the whole reason I made this round, and a bottled to get out there.

So now that I see there is a lot of interest in hobby sauces I'll make another batch this or next weekend and get some more bottles out there.

That is some taste looking sauce you have there, I have a couple quart jars of some green ghost and jalapeno sauce fermenting slowly in the frig. I like making a red hot sauce, but didn't have enough ripe pods to do anything with at the time I made the green sauce. I have some nice ripe Naga and Ghost peppers that are in my dehydrator they will make some good hot pepper powder.

I didn't even though i paid for shipping
No Sauce No refund just a big bunch of lame pm's and excuses.
I came up with a name for your sauce if your interested its "Your Screwed"
Cool name boss, matches how you deal, you post your sauce in public forums offer it to other members, take there money and run, you could make this a new part time job boss.

As many in this thread, and this forum, and the pepper community know I have gladly handed out hundreds of dollars of free stuff over the last year.

Check your pay-pal, you got you refund for the shipping for the free bottle of sauce I was going to give you. You didn't lose any money. Quit crying and GFYS.

Got to say sorry i didn't get a email from paypal into my email account because the funds you sent won't clear until Dec. 3rd my bad but i wouldn't even be posting anything here if you could have found some time to communicate we are talking about the "free bottle of sauce" that you "were going to give me" you mean the sauce you said would be in the mail the next day with tracking number, the one you forgot about and the one you just couldn't make it to the post office several days later, why didn't you just say you had a flat tire for like 35 days i could have accepted that.

Mainly i just posted in hopes that other people would see how you work deals that's all, i am not crying about no sauce or the small amount of money, its mainly to inform/warn people.

Example -> I see there is a seed train heading your way about in your city soon, what if you got the seeds and the next person in line had to wait on month or longer on you? but sense you have handed out hundreds of dollars of free stuff this year i guess it would be okay then you could write him back tell him that and end it with...........

To much crying not enough of g and fys. Fyi I doubled the seed train last go round... most on list know very well how I opperate. the weird part is.... How great the sauce is going to taste on my eggs tomorrow.
