Made A new sauce today

Made a new sauce today. No fresh cherries so I went with
 

 
Blackberries and
 
 

 
Blueberries. Fermented jalapenos, fermented datils and habaneros and a couple 7 pots. Some honey and a tad bit of ACV.
 
 
Working on new recipes as well. I love sweet sauces. I love fruit based sauces. But...everything in the past has been super sweet. So lately  (past 4 or 5 batches) Ive been using less sugar.
