I know you are Chris, and I envy the color of your powders, but if I can get these peppers to dry in 48 hours, I will be happy. I'll have to check the yellows next year and make sure they don't turn brown like they did when I used the stock thermostat at 85C
I need to start dehydrating my peppers. I eat to many of them. I just started last night with some cayenne. I put it on the top t-5 fixture to start drying. Seems to be working.
